At Graze & Ganache, every dessert is handcrafted in small batches and prepared specifically for each order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds • No Exchanges • No Exceptions

Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Shipping Disclaimer

We package and ship every order with the utmost care and integrity to ensure products arrive in excellent condition. However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot control carrier handling during transit.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to assist.

• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required • Upon verification, store credit will be issued for the affected item(s)

Please note: Store credit is the sole remedy for shipping-related damage. Refunds and replacements are not provided.
